The UCSF Community Climate Survey is your opportunity to share your experiences as a member of our UCSF community. Your voice matters. This is the only survey that gathers feedback from everyone at UCSF and UCSF Health.

At UCSF, we seek to create an inclusive and supportive environment that provides a culture of belonging for all our faculty, staff, and learners.
To gauge our progress, we invite the UCSF community to share their perceptions and experiences through the UCSF Community Climate Survey conducted every three years. Your feedback helps us implement action plans to strengthen our organization and improve our institutional climate.

Based on findings from the last Community Climate Survey, other surveys and community feedback, UCSF has embraced and enacted a number of initiatives and campaigns to improve diversity, equity and inclusion. These include:
