About The Community Climate Survey

The UCSF Community Climate Survey is an opportunity for learners, faculty, and staff across campus and UCSF Health to share their experiences as members of our UCSF community.

The 2025 Community Climate Survey was open for responses Jan. 7 – Feb. 25. Results of the 2025 survey were shared at the Chancellor’s Leadership Forum on Diversity & Inclusion. View the presentation slides (MyAccess log-in required).

Renee Navarro poses is suit.

At UCSF, we seek to create an inclusive and supportive environment that provides a culture of belonging for all our faculty, staff, and learners.

To gauge our progress, we invite the UCSF community to share their perceptions and experiences through the UCSF Community Climate Survey conducted every three years. Your feedback helps us implement action plans to strengthen our organization and improve our institutional climate.

I encourage every member of our UCSF community to participate in the survey to help build a more inclusive UCSF for all.
