About The Climate Survey
Driven by UCSF’s PRIDE Values, the Climate Survey aims to better understand how faculty, staff, and learners feel about their experiences working and learning in the UCSF community. This year’s survey will be conducted from Jan. 8 through Feb. 23, 2025. Your voice will provide important feedback used to develop action plans and strategic initiatives aimed at improving the climate at UCSF. Designed to collect anonymous feedback, confidentiality and anonymity are assured in all survey analyses and reports. The aggregated results will be shared with the UCSF community in fall 2025 with opportunities to discuss how to move forward to address weaknesses and build off strengths.
Message From Leadership
At UCSF, we seek to create an inclusive and supportive environment that provides a culture of belonging for all our faculty, staff, and learners.
To gauge our progress, we invite the UCSF community to share their perceptions and experiences through the UCSF Climate Survey, conducted every three years. Your feedback helps us implement action plans to strengthen our organization and improve our institutional climate.
I encourage every member of our UCSF community to participate in the survey to help build a more inclusive UCSF for all.
